CROW'S NEST MANAGER
The Crow's Nest Restaurant Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing daily restaurant operations. Key duties include supervising and scheduling staff, ensuring compliance with Hotel Standards for cleanliness and hygiene, managing front-of-house activities, and handling public relations and guest interactions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding guest service abilities, possess strong accounting skills, and have a comprehensive understanding of cost management, especially in relation to labor and alcohol expenditures.
BREAKFAST COOK
Cooks at the Hotel Captain Cook is responsible for ensuring the prompt and smooth flow of meal service in accordance with our Preferred Hotel Standards. This role involves broiling, grilling, sautéing, and preparing sauces, roasts, and seasoned foods of all types. The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, excellent culinary skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment.
BANQUET BARTENDER
This position is responsible for providing beverage services to hotel guests during banquets and events. The Banquet Bartender is tasked with preparing the workstation for each shift, maintaining the cleanliness of the banquet dining area, and ensuring that all patrons are acknowledged appropriately. The individual in this role must assist guests with information and special requests as needed. Adherence to all hotel standards, including those for safety and service, is required. A TAPs card and Food Handler Card are mandatory for this position.
SECURITY OFFICER
The Security Officer is responsible for providing protection for the hotel, guests, and staff from incidents such as assault, theft, vandalism, harassment, and other disruptive occurrences. This role requires an individual with integrity, honesty, and a cooperative attitude toward both the job and fellow personnel. The Security Officer is a key part of maintaining a safe and welcoming environment at the hotel, ensuring that all hotel policies and procedures are enforced while providing exceptional customer service to all guests.
