Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Carr & Family Administration, LLC, (CFA), is hiring a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to manage all financial aspects of Carr & Family
Properties, LLC, (CFP), and affiliated entities.
The position is available immediately and will be held open until an appropriate candidate is chosen. CFP owns and manages commercial real estate.
Responsibilities: Report to the owner manager: keep owner manager informed and prepare information for owner manager decisions. Coordinate with staff and contractors to assure all financial activities of the company are performed professionally, accurately, timely, cost effectively and in compliance with applicable laws. Direct and indirect responsibilities include, but are not limited to: maintaining internal controls, preparing and analyzing financial statements, admin payroll, benefits admin, payables, billing, receivables, fixed asset accounting, insurance placement, budgeting, banking, financing, evaluating investments, owner tax estimates and company tax returns, and anything else that needs to be done.
Required: Candidate must have a proven ability to work well with others, communicate effectively, solve problems in a business and finance environment, read and understand contracts and leases, and be familiar with and have a working knowledge of all aspects of financial accounting and business compliance.
Preferred: CPA with public accounting experience, multiple years of experience as a controller or CFO, experience with commercial real estate leasing, experience with YARDI Accounting Software, familiarity with Anchorage Alaska.
Compensation: Depends on experience.
