Our Anchorage office is hiring a Structural Project Engineer and a Structural Project Manager.
Requirements for Structural Project Engineer:
2-5 years of experience
Working knowledge and project experience using steel, concrete, wood and masonry design
Experience with design of all categories of seismic and gravity framing systems for every building and material type
Effective communication skills
Ability to provide excellent service and build client relationships
Civil Engineering degree from an ABET accredited university preferred
Requirements for Structural Project Manager:
5-10 years of structural engineering experience
Experience designing and managing new concrete, steel, and wood-framed buildings
Ability to design all categories of seismic and gravity framing systems
Work may also include building evaluations, renovations and seismic retrofits
Effective written and verbal communications skills with architects, owners, design and construction teams, as well as internal staff
Ability to lead and train junior engineers and coordinate with BIM staff
Desire to build strong client and peer relationships and provide excellent service
Civil Engineering degree from an ABET accredited university and PE required. SE preferred but not required.
