Banquet Manager
Summary of Position:
This position is directly responsible to assist the Catering Director with cost reports, and monthly physical inventories. This position is responsible for all floor activities and functions for the banquet department, supervising, scheduling, and monitoring performance. This individual is also responsible for giving convention client assistance and staff assistance during functions in the hotel to ensure conformance with Preferred and Hotel Captain Cook standards. On occasion, must be able to lift 30lbs. Other duties as assigned.
