Legislative Fiscal Analyst
The Alaska State Legislature’s Legislative Budget and Audit Committee is recruiting for the Legislative Fiscal Analyst for the Legislative Finance Division.
The Legislative Fiscal Analyst functions as the director of the Legislative Finance Division. This position oversees a division of nineteen (19) employees that analyzes and evaluates budget requests and legislative proposals. The primary function of the division is to support the House and Senate Finance Committees during the development of the state budget. The division also helps the joint Legislative Budget and Audit Committee during deliberations on revised program receipts and other fiscal matters.
The position is located in Juneau and is compensated on the State of Alaska Exempt salary schedule at a range 28 step A ($9,315.00 per month).
