Document Clerk/Receptionist
Boutique Anchorage law firm with a national practice is seeking to hire a Document Clerk/Receptionist with substantive administrative skills and the ambition to take their career to the next level. This role will help support a thriving team and the ideal candidate will be obsessed with details; have demonstrable experience in document production and formatting; and expert proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel that includes strong grammar skills.
Additionally, candidates must be highly organized; flexible; adept at prioritizing multiple projects and be able to work independently. This is an opportunity to work with an outstanding team with room for advancement. Experience in the legal field is not required but is a plus.
Some of the job duties may include:
- Helping the legal team prepare for meetings;
- Organizing physical and online files;
- Creating notebooks with a comprehensive index;
- Comparing documents and summarizing the differences; and
- Tracking and/or researching cases and preparing a summary
