Would you like to: 

• Lead and manage the company’s team of Craft and Foreman from project startup through completion
• Assist in business development through building relationships with customers and bringing in new opportunities
• Connect with General Superintendent to make sure that each project has the qualified personnel as well as tools & equipment it needs
• Review SWPPP Plan and ensure reporting and implementation are accurate
• Oversee project meetings
• Provide mentorship and training for upcoming leaders in all aspects of safety, scheduling, standards of quality and relationship building
• Build effective relationships with clients, design teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and user groups that reflect and support the company’s core values
• Seek out new project opportunities
• Ensure quality issues are addressed timely and implement changes to eliminate re-occurrence
• Conduct daily reports and analyses
• Oversee timecard entry / review / approval

Ideally you have:

• Ability to assist estimating in self-performed operations
• Ability to assist in work plan development for qualitative pursuits
• Ability to support pre-bid/ proposal project schedules
• Ability to communicate safety expectations to the Foreman and subcontractors effectively and address, and address unsafe acts with appropriate corrective action
