Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

SCOPE OF ROLE
Reporting to the Supervisor, Talent Acquisition the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full life cycle recruitment while ensuring a strong candidate experience that follows Signature Health’s mission to be an “employer of choice”. You will execute recruiting strategies to identify and attract talent to Signature Health in an effort to hire the most qualified candidates. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessing candidates while partnering with hiring managers across different functions.
HOW YOU’LL SUCCEED ____________________________________________________________________
- Execute the recruitment strategy by identifying and sourcing appropriate talent for open positions
- Conduct phone interviews, set-up and conduct in-person or virtual interviews, manage the candidate offer process and prepare the candidate for onboarding.
- Provide proactive recruitment consultation and assistance to hiring managers and interview teams to ensure strategic operational staffing needs are met.
- Develop effective recruitment plans and strategies and communicate those strategies with hiring managers during the position intake process.
- Maintain professional relationships with both internal and external clients, services, and resources to ensure current and future staffing goals are achieved.
- Build applicant recruitment sources, recruitment outreach strategies and community partnerships by researching and contacting a wide variety of resources and services including, but not limited to, community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites.
- Screen candidate applications, analyze applicant qualifications by interviewing, analyzing responses, verifying references and comparing qualifications to position requirements.
- Evaluate and administer appropriate recruiting tools and assessments to ensure the most qualified talent is hired.
- Utilize, update and maintain Talent Acquisition tools and ATS systems in compliance with Signature Health Talent Acquisition workflows.
- Manage and monitor all position postings using strong sourcing channels and social media outlets.
- Perform required new hire compliance verifications, including the tracking and recording of returned offer acceptances, contingencies, start date management, etc.
- Communicate challenges and provide regular feedback about performance of the recruitment process.
- Expand individual job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Comply with all agency policies and procedures.
- Maintain all aspects of HIPAA, promoting patient confidentiality and right to privacy.
- May be required to perform remote services as determined by Signature Health.
- Adherence and completion of compliance training provided by Signature Health.
- Responsible for and completes all productivity/documentation requirements.
- Participate in all assigned staff meetings and staff development programs.
- Demonstrate appropriate attendance and punctuality in adherence with Signature Health policies.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE ______________________________________________________________
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, human resources or related field required.
- 5-7+ years’ of progressive experience in a recruitment capacity required.
- Experience utilizing different candidate sourcing methods and behavioral based interviewing techniques required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of applicable federal and state regulations and administration as well as HR administrative best practices, HR Technology, and general practices.
- Experience utilizing an HRIS system required; UKG experience preferred.

- Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office/clinical work environment.
- While hours of operation are generally standard, flexibility to work evenings and extended hours may be required.
- Requires periods of sitting, standing, telephone, and computer work.
- Hearing: adequate to hear clients or patients in person, over the telephone or through telehealth technology.
- Speaking: adequate to speak to clients or patients in person, over the telephone or through telehealth technology.
- Vision: Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screens.
- Physical effort required: occasional lifting and carrying items weighing up to 15 pounds, unassisted.
- Possible exposure to blood borne pathogens while performing job duties.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements, standing, walking, squatting and sitting, with some lifting, pushing and pulling exerted regularly throughout a regular workday.
- Sufficient dexterity to operate a PC and other office equipment.
